Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Early Bird Boutique charges a flat $5.95 fee for shipping of merchandise within the United States.  All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after the order is shipped.

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100.00 or more. If you live in the Harrison, AR area or Mountain Home, AR area, you may select In Store Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping fees and pick your order up at the location nearest you. However, if you require shipping and use this option, we will need to invoice you for the shipping fee before your order can be shipped. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope that you love all your new items; however, we do accept returns for store credit or exchange of sizing when available.

In order for items to be eligible for return: 

  • Item must be un-worn, un-used, and not altered in any way, with all original tags still attached.
  • Claims should be made within 2 days of receipt, and items must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date. 
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise, or believe an item is defective, please use the links provided on our website to contact us, or email us at earlybirdboutique@outlook.com.

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees, unless we agree otherwise via email as stated above.  We ask that you send items back using USPS, FedEx, or UPS along with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Once we receive your item and approve the return, you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Original & return shipping charges are non-refundable.

When an order is placed, we will let you know if an item is found to be unavailable.  In that event, we will either refund the amount of the item or replace it with a similar item upon customer request.

 PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Some items are pre-order items. This means we place the order with the company when we receive your order. Pre-orders allow us to keep a large variety of products available without a lot of overstock. Please note that pre-order items will take slightly longer to receive than regular items.
