The purpose of a toner is to adjust the PH of your skin. It’s not just for problematic skin, but rather an essential step to your beauty routine. Your facial soap or wash is usually an alkaline soap (our natural goat milk soaps are alkaline by nature) and your skin is an acidic surface. So, you want to use your toner after washing your face to bring your skin back to its desired slightly acidic state.
